A Muncie felon who got his name as the “Ritzy Robber” locally for his practice of wearing a black suit and fedora hat is now arrested for stealing a guitar from Yorktown Christian School.
In 2011, March was an armed robber who robbed three local convenience stores for which he was sentenced a 10 year prison term. Again in 2015, Marsh was charged with battery for injuring a person with cane under 14 years of age. This was later dismussed and he was placed on probation for two years last fall.
Marsh who was arrested this time for stealing a Guitar from Yorktown Christian School made a full confession of the crime when he was arrested on Wednesday at his home. Marsh stated he stole the guitar as he needed money.
